Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Underwriting Hub for Commercial Small & Middle Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and operational plans impacting multiple product lines for long-term success
• Oversees profitability, growth, and operational efficiencies for product lines through underwriting strategies
• Leads and manages staff, focusing on talent management and succession planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related discipline
• 20 years of related underwriting experience, with a minimum of 10 years in management
• Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and underwriting practices
• Familiarity with algorithms and operational excellence in underwriting systems
