Job Summary

A company in the Telecommunications industry is looking for a CPE Repair Technician I.

Position Responsibilities

Provide Technical Support and Repair of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and solutions
Resolve issues with routers, switches and other CPE
Conduct routine monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in a related area or greater
Certifications from companies such as Cisco, Adtran and Juniper are desired
Experience in installation and/or maintenance assignments on network switching equipment
Ability to monitor network operations and resolve routine network monitoring problems
Ability to resolve routine trouble tickets
