CPG Accrual Accounting Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a positive and energetic CPG Accrual Accounting Specialist, this part-time remote position will manage client bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting, while ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support client bookkeeping functions such as bank reconciliations, payroll, and journal entries
- Create and interpret financial reports, ensuring deadlines for month-end processes are met
- Assist in organizing and documenting processes while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of bookkeeping experience with a focus on CPG and accrual accounting
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Google Workspace
- Two-year accounting degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in a multiple-client environment with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
