Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medication Adherence Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in-depth discussions with patients about medication adherence and identify barriers to compliance
Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to patients
Analyze and adapt procedures to effectively meet patient needs in atypical situations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA certification
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google
2-5 years of experience in pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
