CPhT Medicare Adherence Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Medication Adherence Technician, CPhT, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Make phone calls to members to support prescription refills and identify adherence barriers
• Manage daily reports and call lists, and escalate adherence issues to pharmacists as needed
• Collaborate with the medication adherence team to achieve overall pharmacy Stars goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience, including 1+ year in pharmacy operations or call center settings
• High school diploma or GED
• CPhT certification preferred
• Understanding of Medicare Part D and related processes
