Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aquatics Technical Support Specialist II who will address customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on product features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a client portfolio to ensure exceptional customer experience and perform regular check-ins
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and guide them through troubleshooting procedures
  • Conduct analysis to detect product malfunctions and maintain internal databases with customer information
Required Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of pool systems and equipment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality
  • Experience in the pool industry, preferably in equipment troubleshooting
  • Must obtain CPO license within the first 30 days in the position
  • Experience using help desk software and computer software programs is preferred
