Job Summary
A company is looking for an Aquatics Technical Support Specialist II who will address customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on product features and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio to ensure exceptional customer experience and perform regular check-ins
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and guide them through troubleshooting procedures
- Conduct analysis to detect product malfunctions and maintain internal databases with customer information
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of pool systems and equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality
- Experience in the pool industry, preferably in equipment troubleshooting
- Must obtain CPO license within the first 30 days in the position
- Experience using help desk software and computer software programs is preferred
