Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aquatics Technical Support Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a client portfolio to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries and guide clients through troubleshooting procedures
  • Conduct analysis to detect product malfunctions and maintain internal databases
Required Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of pool systems and equipment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality
  • Experience in the pool industry, preferably in equipment troubleshooting
  • Must obtain a CPO license within the first 30 days of employment
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools preferred
