Job Summary
A company is looking for an Aquatics Technical Support Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries and guide clients through troubleshooting procedures
- Conduct analysis to detect product malfunctions and maintain internal databases
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of pool systems and equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality
- Experience in the pool industry, preferably in equipment troubleshooting
- Must obtain a CPO license within the first 30 days of employment
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools preferred
