Job Summary
To enhance customer support operations, the remote Aquatics Technical Support Specialist II will address customer inquiries, provide expert guidance on product features, and manage escalated calls while ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal team members
- Conduct client onboarding processes, including user setup and preliminary training on VivoPoint systems
- Respond to customer inquiries across various channels and guide clients through troubleshooting procedures
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist I or similar customer service role
- Pool industry experience, particularly in equipment troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Must obtain a CPO license within the first 30 days in the position
- Proficient in CRM systems and help desk software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
