CPSI Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Offering expertise in CPSI/TruBridge software implementation, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will consult with clients to understand their business objectives, provide project oversight, and ensure successful software deployment while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients and Operations Team to design solutions and guide project implementation
• Provide configuration guidance, application training, and ongoing support to clients post-implementation
• Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and collaborate with Project Manager to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Four to six years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience implementing or supporting CPSI/TruBridge applications in a client-facing role
• Working knowledge of functional product areas and financial statements
• Proficient in desktop support tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
