CPSR Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Contracts & CPSR Compliance Consultant will manage the full contract life cycle for government contractor clients, ensuring compliance with FAR and CPSR standards while providing expert guidance on contract administration and purchasing systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete pre- and post-award life cycle of various contract types, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
• Evaluate and update client purchasing policies and procedures to meet FAR/DFARS standards while conducting CPSR preparation engagements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, preparing contract briefs and status summaries to facilitate informed decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience with federal government contracts, including 4 years of FAR-based contracts experience
• 3-4 years of experience managing subcontracts within a CPSR compliant system
• Proven experience working within an approved purchasing system (CPSR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
