Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of GovCon clients, the remote Contracts & CPSR Compliance Consultant will manage the full contract and subcontract life cycle, ensuring compliance with purchasing systems and regulatory requirements while serving as a trusted advisor on contract administration and CPSR compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the pre- and post-award life cycle for various contract types, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and client-specific requirements
- Evaluate and update client purchasing policies against FAR/DFARS standards, conducting gap assessments and mock CPSR file reviews
- Prepare concise contract briefs and status summaries while maintaining accurate contract data to support client decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of professional experience with federal government contractors, including 4 years of FAR-based contracts experience
- 3-4 years of experience managing subcontracts within a CPSR compliant system
- Proven experience working within an approved and adequate purchasing system (CPSR)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
