CPT Licensed Senior Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of therapist programming and training, the full-time Senior Director of Programming & Training will develop evidence-based clinical education systems and performance frameworks to enhance therapist proficiency and patient outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operationalize competency standards for evidence-based psychotherapies and establish systems for therapist assessment and ongoing skill development
• Design and continuously improve therapist-facing clinical programming and learning experiences aligned with best practices and organizational goals
• Lead therapist training initiatives, develop educational resources, and facilitate training sessions to enhance clinical performance and knowledge retention

Required qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (e.g., PhD, MD, LCSW) with at least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Deep expertise in evidence-based treatment for PTSD and trauma-related disorders, particularly in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
• CPT Provider status
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating therapist training or clinical education programs
• Experience managing or optimizing learning management systems (LMS) and using learning data to enhance program effectiveness
