CRA Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of CRA data processes, the full-time CRA Data Analyst will gather and analyze data, develop analytical tools and dashboards using Python and Power BI, and assist with compliance reporting and examination preparation, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with CRA data collection and reporting requirements, incorporating automation and advanced analytics
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows, applying statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and enhance dashboards and visual reporting tools to support internal stakeholders and executive leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; knowledge of CRA and the financial services industry is a plus
- 3-5 years of compliance, regulatory, and community development experience
- Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis, with an understanding of data quality controls
