Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - CRA Loan Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of a diverse portfolio of loans, ensuring compliance with CRA procedures
• Conduct loan monitoring and asset quality assessments, preparing reports on portfolio performance
• Proactively manage credit risk and exposure, including monitoring collateral and loan modifications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business or related major preferred
• 5+ years of banking, investment, risk, compliance, or CRA experience preferred
• Deep understanding of credit/financial analysis and portfolio management
