Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRA & Fair Lending Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the CRA Program to ensure a satisfactory CRA rating
Act as the primary contact for examiners on CRA-related issues and maintain compliance with CRA regulations
Assist in community outreach activities, identify development opportunities, and conduct fair lending reviews of lending activities

Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor's degree or above in a related business field
5-7 years of directly related experience
Demonstrated abilities in community engagement and outreach activities
Proficient in financial spreadsheets and office software
Ability to simplify complex projects and manage client timelines effectively
