CRA Program Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the First Line of Defense (FLOD) Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program, the remote CRA Program Analyst III will manage CRA reviews, conduct program analysis, and coordinate volunteer events while collaborating with internal teams to achieve the Bank's CRA goals.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret CRA regulations to review community development activities and prepare rationale write-ups
• Conduct analysis of CRA programs and provide recommendations for improvements
• Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events and coordinate volunteer opportunities related to CRA/Community Development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Community Reinvestment or Program Management, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience in Volunteer Management and CRA program compliance
