CRA Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRA Program Specialist who will support the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders to analyze performance and develop action plans for CRA goals
• Assist in planning and preparing for CRA examinations, including regulatory reporting
• Interpret CRA regulations and conduct analysis to evaluate and improve CRA programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in program coordination or support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in CRA program compliance and examination
• Preferred: Community Development Finance experience within a Large Financial Institution
