CRCR Certified Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounts Receivable to oversee the accounts receivable department and improve revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support team members with problematic claims and operational processes
• Analyze trends in unpaid claims and denial activity, collaborating with departments to resolve issues
• Develop and manage departmental budget and goals to optimize performance and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience in the healthcare industry
• CRCR certification required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Three years of management experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing required
• Proficiency in HIS computer systems and intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
