A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow and monitor trends in denied payments and unpaid claims
• Conduct team huddles and meetings to develop team members and address training needs
• Ensure adherence to departmental budget and performance standards while preparing reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in medical collections or revenue cycle management
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire
• Knowledge of claims review, revenue cycle, and medical terminology
• Experience with DDE Medicare system and payer websites
