Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the revenue cycle operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring of staff to drive results
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies and monitor operational success

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field is preferred
• CRCR certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a revenue cycle lead or supervisor
• Experience with EMR systems such as Meditech, Epic, or similar platforms
