Job Summary

Seeking a qualified Creatio CRM Consultant to join the team remotely in a full-time capacity, where the consultant will conduct business process analysis, configure CRM solutions, and lead project execution while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of client business processes and define functional requirements
• Lead project execution from start to finish, managing scope, plan, and budget effectively
• Configure core system elements using native application tools and lead user acceptance testing cycles

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years implementing CRM solutions and projects
• At least 2+ years in a client-facing role where functional solutions were defined
