Job Summary
Passionate about driving client success, the full-time remote Creative Account Manager will manage consumer campaigns, lead project activities, and create compelling narratives that resonate with client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely feedback, sign-offs, and effective project coordination
- Create and present innovative ideas while drafting engaging copy and surveys that align with client strategies
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of communications experience, preferably in a PR agency or with consumer clients
- Demonstrated success with earned media campaigns and brand storytelling
- Strong account management skills with a history of building client relationships
- A robust writing portfolio featuring published articles and effective news copy
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects from start to finish
