Job Summary
Owning the creative engine for paid growth, the full-time Creative Ad Strategist will research, ideate, write, produce, launch, and analyze ads primarily on Meta, while also managing Google, X/Twitter, and newsletter placements in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze performance data to identify winning ad patterns and build reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Ideate, write, and script various ad formats grounded in target audience insights and brand voice
- Produce ad creative end-to-end, utilizing basic editing skills and AI tools to enhance creative workflows
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in copywriting and scriptwriting with the ability to showcase successful scripts
- Data fluency with comfort in analyzing metrics to inform creative decisions
- Hands-on production skills with the capability to create ads independently
- Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, scriptwriting, and production workflows
- Strong understanding of creative taste and ad performance analysis
