Creative AI Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely during EST hours, the temporary Creative AI Consultant will drive the enablement strategy for Generative AI and creative automation, evaluate emerging tools, and develop scalable workflows while collaborating with creative teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the overarching enablement strategy for Generative AI and creative automation across the organization
- Audit existing creative workflows to identify friction points and develop scalable workflows and templates
- Assess internal skills gaps and design engaging training programs to enhance AI fluency and tool adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative technology initiatives or digital production transformation
- Deep familiarity with Generative AI workflows and modern creative production ecosystems
- Experience with modular content frameworks and workflow automation
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and proven ability to build trust with diverse teams
- Experience in building curriculum and conducting hands-on workshops for non-technical audiences
