Job Summary
Leading the evolution of brand strategy and creative execution, the full-time remote Director, Creative and Brand will define and operationalize the brand identity, oversee design initiatives, and manage a high-performing creative team to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and operationalize the brand strategy and visual systems across all touchpoints
- Lead end-to-end creative direction for brand, digital, and product marketing initiatives
- Build and mentor an in-house creative team while managing external partners and agencies
Required qualifications
- 10-12+ years in brand, creative, or design roles, with leadership experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, modern, and scalable design work
- Proven experience managing internal creative teams and external partners
- Fluency in UX/UI principles and strong experience leading web design and digital experiences
- Ability to connect brand and design decisions to business outcomes in fast-paced environments
