Job Summary
Organized and detail-oriented, the full-time Creative Asset Manager will oversee the lifecycle of visual assets, ensuring they are meticulously organized and accessible while supporting various teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visual assets from raw files to final edits, ensuring accurate organization and accessibility
- Coordinate incoming asset deliveries from external vendors, maintaining consistent labeling and version control
- Act as the primary contact for internal asset requests, collaborating with teams to meet their creative needs
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in creative operations, asset management, or production coordination, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with DAM platforms such as Bynder, Brandfolder, or Canto
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Notion for managing asset workflows
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for file structure and asset management
- Ability to manage high asset volume across multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing accuracy
