Creative Client Lead

Job Summary

Owning client relationships from strategy through execution, the full-time Creative Client Lead will manage communication and timelines for assigned home builder accounts, ensuring all deliverables are on brand and on brief while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including communication and project status for home builder accounts
• Build trusted partnerships with clients through proactive outreach and understanding of their brand and business goals
• Create design assets for campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to deliver work on time and on strategy

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in home building marketing, either agency-side or in-house
• Proficiency in design software including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience in print production and creating design assets for various formats
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
• Experience with Figma or formal graphic design training is a plus
