Creative Command Center Lead

Job Summary

Leading a nimble, rapid response creator-driven war room, the contract Creative Command Center Lead will analyze social listening and cultural intelligence to create actionable briefs for creators, collaborating closely with research and creative teams while working remotely for up to 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate intelligence and insights into clear, actionable creator-facing briefs based on emerging narratives and sentiment shifts
• Coordinate with third-party influencer agencies for creator recruitment, onboarding, and content guidance, ensuring creators feel supported on sensitive issues
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to creators, proposing innovations to enhance impact and engagement

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital media, creator partnerships, or rapid response communications
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems, with experience managing creator relationships
• Proven ability to translate complex issues into compelling narratives and creative direction
• Strong writing and synthesis skills, particularly for short-form briefs
• Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced priorities
