Seeking a strategic and collaborative Creative Content Lead, this full-time remote position will manage Bobbie's content ecosystem, develop comprehensive content plans, and lead a team of writers and video editors to ensure effective messaging across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance Bobbie's content ecosystem by identifying opportunities to adapt and repurpose existing content
• Lead weekly content coordination and planning processes, aligning stakeholders with messaging priorities and campaign strategies
• Manage and develop a team of writers and video editors, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality content delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or related fields
• Experience managing content teams, including writers, editors, and video creators
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
• Familiarity with SEO and emerging content best practices for AI-powered platforms
