Job Summary

Seeking a highly creative and data-driven Content Creator, the full-time remote position will lead the development, testing, and optimization of marketing creative across multiple brands, focusing on producing engaging ad creatives and vertical videos while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and launch 5-10 new ad creatives weekly, optimizing messaging and visual concepts for various paid media platforms
• Create and edit 3-5 vertical videos per week, managing the entire production process from scripting to publishing
• Lead creative testing initiatives to analyze performance and iterate on content for improved campaign results

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in creating and publishing content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong expertise in short-form video and vertical content formats
• Deep understanding of viral content mechanics and audience psychology
• Experience using AI tools for creative production and workflow automation
• Natural on-camera presence and comfort being the face of a brand
