Creative Content Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Content Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide high-level design leadership and creative direction across multimedia and visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior creative authority, providing vision and quality oversight across all creative disciplines
• Develop and enforce visual identity standards for consistency across various content formats
• Mentor creative teams and lead reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables align with accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Film, Creative Direction, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in creative leadership or related fields
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong knowledge of multimedia production workflows and creative asset management
• Experience developing creative standards and repeatable design systems
