Creative Design Lead

Job Summary

To define and elevate the visual identity of the brand, the full-time Creative Design Lead will own and evolve the design system, create templates for marketing materials, and lead visual strategies for campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and build the TryHackMe design system and brand identity
• Create and evolve templates for paid ads, social content, email, and B2B sales materials
• Lead visual strategy for brand campaigns and product launches

Required qualifications

• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building and managing brand systems or design libraries
• Portfolio showcasing clean, modern design across digital channels
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth
• Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
