Job Summary
Driving acquisition and conversion in a fully remote capacity, the Creative Design Specialist will manage the design and execution of performance creative for paid media channels, creating high-performing assets and optimizing workflows to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of paid media creative across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Create and optimize high-performing assets for acquisition initiatives, including ad creatives and landing pages
- Define and improve creative testing frameworks and workflows to enable rapid iteration for performance marketing
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or UI/UX, particularly for email marketing and retention-driven experiences
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building emails within an ESP like Klaviyo
- Solid understanding of responsive email design and UI/UX principles for landing pages
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and automations to enhance design speed and scalability
- Strong collaboration skills with a background in working with marketing, data, and product teams
