Creative Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and client relationships across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Run multiple pieces of business and manage the creative team to develop innovative solutions
• Lead new business pitches and build strong client relationships with a deep understanding of their needs
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and collaborate with internal and external teams throughout project development

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating brand-building ideas and executions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years)
• Experience leading a $5MM+ piece of business independently
• Proven ability to manage the career growth of creatives
• Strong understanding of new media and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
