Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Director who will lead design, technology, and strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of design assets including sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
• Develop and present complex functional documentation and usability test plans
• Lead teams in creating user journeys and interaction models to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in various UX and design software, including rapid prototyping tools
• Experience managing teams for 3-5 years
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience with JavaScript frameworks is a plus
