Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate internal and external creative teams and freelancers
  • Oversee the production of all creative assets across various marketing platforms
Required Qualifications
  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 5 years of professional experience in a creative role, preferably in a startup environment
  • Proven experience in creative production and strategic thinking
  • Strong understanding of healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for experimentation
