Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the creative vision, tone, and style for ABCmouse across all experiences and features
• Lead the end-to-end creative direction for gameplay, UI/UX, visual design, animation, and worldbuilding
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary creative teams while ensuring a cohesive, high-quality learning experience

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading creative direction for mobile or casual games with a strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of mobile gameplay loops and progression systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Strong capability in crafting cohesive product experiences across various design elements
• Experience using data and user insights to refine creative decisions
