Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Director to oversee the creative department and manage the execution of brand and client creative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative team in developing impactful campaigns and assets based on client briefs
  • Supervise the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
  • Manage the creative department's workflow, budgets, and performance while mentoring team members


Required Qualifications
  • At least ten years of experience in digital design, storytelling, and UX/UI in a direct marketing or agency setting
  • Extensive knowledge of art and digital design principles
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in software programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related fields; MBA preferred
