Job Summary
A company is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and define the overarching creative vision across various marketing channels
- Develop and maintain brand standards and visual guidelines for consistency
- Oversee the development and delivery of creative assets for marketing campaigns and internal communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience, preferably in performance marketing or fintech
- Proven experience leading creative teams through organizational change
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and performance-focused creative
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization
