Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and define the overarching creative vision across various marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain brand standards and visual guidelines for consistency

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience, preferably in performance marketing or fintech
  • Proven experience leading creative teams through organizational change
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and performance-focused creative
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization
