Creative Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Director (Fractional) to lead visual and creative strategy for design services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy for customer accounts, participating in kickoff calls and creative interviews
• Write and shape design briefs that translate customer needs into actionable tasks for designers
• Review production work to ensure visual quality, brand consistency, and creative ambition

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in a creative direction or design leadership role
• Strong visual taste and ability to work across various design formats
• Strategic thinking with an understanding of design's impact on audience and business goals
• Experience managing designers and providing constructive feedback
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
