Job Summary
A company is looking for a Creative Director (remote US).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative function for Direct-to-Consumer brands and channels, managing both internal and external resources
- Ensure high standards and quality of work, providing creative quality control and direction for projects
- Develop and evolve brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for improving creative output and processes
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven digital and e-commerce creative required
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design and/or interactive design, with a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing
- 3+ years of experience managing internal and external resources to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
- Expertise with Adobe and Canva's creative tools, as well as AI creative tools
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align creative strategy with business goals
