Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Director (remote US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative function for Direct-to-Consumer brands and channels, managing both internal and external resources
  • Ensure high standards and quality of work, maintaining consistency in brand look and experience
  • Develop and execute brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for improving creative output and processes


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design and/or interactive design, with a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing
  • 3+ years of experience managing internal and external resources to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
  • Expertise in Adobe and Canva's full suite of creative tools, as well as AI creative tools
  • Proven ability to align creative strategy with business goals and influence stakeholders
  • Understanding of best practices for performance-focused digital marketing creative
