Job Summary
A company is looking for a Brand Creative Director to lead and shape the creative vision of its brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brand's visual identity and creative direction across all customer touchpoints
- Partner with executive leadership to translate brand strategy into creative concepts and integrated campaigns
- Establish scalable brand guidelines and oversee packaging design to ensure brand consistency across channels
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of creative experience in senior leadership roles within high-growth CPG or DTC brands
- Proven experience leading brand creative across multiple channels, including DTC and retail
- Strong portfolio demonstrating success in brand identity development and integrated marketing campaigns
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing creative teams
