Job Summary
Creative Director, responsible for leading the creative function for a health and wellness brand in a full-time, remote role, focusing on brand strategy, visual identity, and performance-driven creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy into actionable creative direction across all channels
- Oversee the creative team and ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
- Manage performance creative to meet channel-specific KPIs while maintaining brand integrity
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership at DTC consumer brands, with 5+ years at Director level or above
- Experience building and leading centralized creative teams of 8 or more across multiple sub-functions
- Proven expertise in both brand-building and performance creative with a relevant portfolio
- Hands-on experience with performance creative across various digital platforms
- Strong understanding of testing and iteration cycles in performance environments
