Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Creative Director, this role will lead the creative strategy, balance design execution with resource management, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance brand identity and streamline workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and drive the creative vision for the brand, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
- Manage design projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and budgets
- Empower employees to utilize AI tools effectively, fostering a culture of creativity and brand stewardship
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or creative strategy role
- Proven ability to integrate creative vision with technology, particularly AI tools
- Advanced knowledge of design principles and mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across various marketing formats, including digital and print materials
- Experience managing external designers or creative vendors, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
