Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote Creative Director will personally produce high-volume ad variants, oversee creative strategy for various platforms, and ensure alignment of ads with landing pages to drive conversions.

Key responsibilities
  • Personally produce 15-30 ad variants weekly, including static designs and short-form videos
  • Develop platform-specific creative strategies and monitor performance metrics for optimization
  • Audit landing pages for alignment with ad promises and propose improvements based on data insights
Required qualifications
  • US-based location is required
  • Proven hands-on experience in producing ads, not primarily managing others
  • Strong design and copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing measurable conversion results
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube advertising, and Reddit Ads
  • Experience using AI tools as an integral part of the production workflow
