Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote Creative Director will personally produce high-volume ad variants, oversee creative strategy for various platforms, and ensure alignment of ads with landing pages to drive conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Personally produce 15-30 ad variants weekly, including static designs and short-form videos
- Develop platform-specific creative strategies and monitor performance metrics for optimization
- Audit landing pages for alignment with ad promises and propose improvements based on data insights
Required qualifications
- US-based location is required
- Proven hands-on experience in producing ads, not primarily managing others
- Strong design and copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing measurable conversion results
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube advertising, and Reddit Ads
- Experience using AI tools as an integral part of the production workflow
