Job Summary
Leading brand creative across a portfolio of wellness brands, the full-time Creative Director will enhance websites and brand visual identity systems while collaborating with various teams to improve customer experiences and modernize creative workflows using AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee brand visual identity systems and ensure consistency across customer experiences
- Direct visual design and storytelling for brand websites, lifecycle emails, and packaging
- Enhance creative production systems and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and quality
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within DTC consumer brands or high-growth ecommerce companies
- Strong taste and design judgment demonstrated through a relevant portfolio
- Hands-on experience in creative direction and production workflows
- Proficiency in designing AI-enabled workflows and staying current with evolving tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Growth, Ecommerce, and Brand
