Job Summary
Leading brand creative across a portfolio of wellness brands, the full-time Creative Director will enhance websites and brand visual identity systems while collaborating with various teams to improve customer-facing experiences and modernize creative workflows through AI-enabled systems.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee brand visual identity systems to define the look and feel of each brand across customer experiences
- Direct visual design and storytelling for brand websites, lifecycle emails, and packaging design
- Develop and improve creative production systems and AI-enabled workflows to enhance design quality and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles at DTC consumer brands or high-growth ecommerce companies
- Strong taste and design judgment demonstrated through a relevant portfolio
- Hands-on creative leadership with a focus on reviewing and directing work
- Experience in building and optimizing creative systems and workflows
- Fluency in AI tools and the ability to design effective AI-enabled workflows
