Job Summary

Leading brand creative across a diverse portfolio, the full-time Creative Director will enhance websites and brand visual identity systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer-facing experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee brand visual identity systems, ensuring consistency across customer experiences
  • Direct visual design and storytelling for brand websites, lifecycle emails, and packaging
  • Modernize creative production workflows and implement AI-enabled systems for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Creative Director roles within DTC consumer brands
  • Proven leadership in brand design at high-growth ecommerce companies
  • Strong understanding of modern ecommerce design and customer psychology
  • Experience in building creative operations, including prioritization and review processes
  • Ability to design AI-enabled workflows and stay current with evolving tools
