Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of impactful campaigns, the full-time Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic and creative approaches for brand-building initiatives, working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Set the creative vision for campaigns based on brand vision, customer insights, and the customer journey
  • Act as a strategic partner across teams to develop integrated campaigns that resonate globally
  • Mentor and manage junior creative team members while ensuring efficient and scalable creative output
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years in integrated, digital-first campaigns
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to inspire creative teams and drive innovative ideas
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts to senior executives
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and a background in B2B business is preferred
